Can I order Professional Products directly from your website?
Our Professional Concentrated Decoctions™ are stronger than their Over-the-Counter counterparts, therefore requiring a professional evaluation for proper dosage and a treatment schedule. That being said, yes! We do offer our Professional products through our online Herbacy. You must have your accredited Healthcare Practitioner fill out our Herbacy Prescription Form here before purchase.
My Concentrated Decoction™ looks/smells/tastes different from the last time I bought it. Is this normal?
Yes! Each batch of herbs is slightly different from the last, much like wine. Our Chief Herbaceutical Engineer does Quality Control on each and every batch. Depending on the harvest, the taste and color may be different but the ultimate results are the same because of the body’s response to the herbaceutical. Variations are a part of nature. The amount of sunshine, rainfall, location, and many other factors come into play in determining the final appearance, taste and smell of an herb. Each bottle may also have a slightly different amount of particles in it depending on various factors such as the age of the decoction.
Are Concentrated Decoctions™ and tinctures the same?
No, they are not. A tincture is typically an extract of plant or animal material dissolved in ethanol (alcohol).
Our Concentrated Decoctions™ are 100% Alcohol Free thanks to a proprietary process developed by our founder! They are a potent and powerful way to deliver the balancing benefits of herbs to your body.
